Boundary County Idaho Resolution 2010-07

A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 2008-23 TO PROVIDE FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE BOUNDARY COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.

             WHEREAS, On the 21^st day of July, 2008, the Board of Commissioners of the County of Boundary, Idaho, adopted Resolution 2008-23 adopting the Boundary County Comprehensive Plan; and, 

WHEREAS, Resolution 2008-23, recorded as Instrument #238839 attached hereto did not state a proper and valid effective date; and,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the members of the Board of Commissioners of Boundary County, Idaho, that the Comprehensive Plan, including the Comprehensive Plan Map, so diligently crafted by and in the best interests of the citizens of Boundary County, adopted July 21, 2008, to serve as the guiding document for future land use planning by the government of Boundary County, Idaho, and to guide the development of zoning and subdivision ordinances reflecting that plan so as to best realize the objectives set forth within the Comprehensive Plan, which shall become effective simultaneous with the adoption of said zoning and subdivision ordinances.

Adopted this 30th day of November, 2009.
